Refund Policy
You may return any product within 14 days of receipt. We cannot accept returns on custom orders. If you wish to make a return, please email us at sales@datgrisgris.com.
How to Return Items

1. Contact us by emailing us at sales@datgrisgris.com or with the following information: your name, username, contact phone number and details on the return.

2. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable nor will a credit be given towards the return or a future purchase.

3. Repack the product in its original packaging materials. If the product is damaged in return shipping due to improper packaging or error, you will be responsible.

Refunds

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of the artist receiving your return, providing it arrives safely. You will be credited for the price of the artwork minus shipping costs. We cannot accept items that have been damaged, altered, or worn. You will receive an email when the artist receives your return.

Items Damaged in Transit

If your package appears damaged, please contact your local USPS office and file a claim. Unfortunately, we cannot monitor the quality of goods handling with the USPS.

Cancellations
Any order that is not a special order or customer order can be cancelled prior to the order shipping. Please email us at sales@datgrisgris.com to cancel an order. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days.
